I’m from Australia and have an autoimmune disease. During my stay I had become ill with a tummy bug which then transferred into a respiratory illness. I’m usually fit and healthy so I didn’t rush into seeking help but by the time I contacted Dr Lal I was quite unwell. Dr Lal was very communicative and compassionate. He was very easy to talk to and quickly understood my particular situation and assisted me immediately. The whole process was extremely prompt and professional. This was a very positive experience.
